Sto Group
Sto is a dominant global building products manufacturing brand, active in over 87 countries with over 4000 staff and a €1 billion sales turnover. We continue to innovate through technological leadership in all of our core markets, with heavy investment in Research & Development.
Sto originated in Germany in the 1800s, but today has an increasingly international focus. In 2011, export sales exceeded domestic sales for the first time.
The Sto name comes from our founder, Wilhelm Stotmeister. The company is still run by the Stotmeister family, and even though today Sto is a global brand, the company culture retains the positive aspects of a family run business.
