Acoustic Plaster Systems
In certain building scenarios, it is not possible to use a suspended acoustic ceiling system. For example, cross vaults in listed historical buildings require direct coating.
For these cases, Sto has developed acoustic plaster systems for direct application to ceilings and walls. Sto acoustic plasters enable curves in two directions and minimal radii. The spray applied plasters are also suitable for use in areas of high humidity.
Sto acoustic plasters are suited for new build and refurbishment projects where acoustic performance is required without diminishing floor-to-ceiling height.
Finishes
Two acoustic plasters are available, one spray-applied and one hand-applied. Both can be overpainted with the StoSilent Color acoustic paint, available in the 800 colours of the StoColor System.
Sto Acoustic Spray Plaster
A spray applied acoustic plaster in a crisp white finish or overpainted with StoSilent Color. Sto Acoustic Spray Plaster has a high resistance to condensation, making it suitable for humid rooms.
Sto Acoustic Plaster
A hand applied acoustic plaster available in a fine, crisp white finish or overpainted with StoSilent Color.
