Why Specify Sto?
Minimal Environment Impact
We endeavour to manufacture our acoustic system components with minimal impact upon the environment. The design of our components takes into account waste material during the manufacturing processes. The sizing of the components considers the amount of required packaging. When able, each component is manufactured from recycled materials.
StoSilent acoustic boards are made from 96% recycled glass, and the gridwork and accessories have even been designed to be reused or recycled.
Building with conscience
Building with conscience has long been our company motto, many years before corporate social responsibility existed as a concept.
For us, it is a working philosophy that touches every point of our business at an individual and global level. This can be anything from staff being encouraged to share cars, to ensuring no harmful pollutants are produced during manufacturing.
